Date: 2018-03-13 06:20 pm (UTC)Seth stood in place feeling more than a little awkward. What did he do next? Did he just stand there or should he go and find chicken broth? He had no idea how to cook so maybe there was a place he could buy it? He really sucked at this.
Her hand rose to her mouth and Seth took a tentative step back. He cared but throw-up wasn't something he was prepared for. "Do you need a bucket?" Or trash can... or something.
He wished she'd tell him exactly what to do.

Date: 2018-03-19 02:20 am (UTC)He paused, feeling incredibly awkward. "What can I do Kirika?" He felt so helpless and Seth honestly hated the feeling. "Please." He begged her. "Give me something to do to help. I can clean." Though he can't clean very well... Shi did most of the cleaning in their apartment.

Date: 2018-03-22 07:32 pm (UTC)He exhaled as if she had lifted a weight from his shoulders. "I'll see about getting you soup. Do you have stuff here to make it or should I go out?" He knew at least one place that would let him buy soup so he might just head there anyway.

Date: 2018-03-27 02:54 pm (UTC)They weren't exactly inspiring words but it wasn't like she was in a position to help him. "Don't worry. I'll be back in a little bit." He turned and vanished through the doorway.
Kirika will hear a lot of scuffling in the kitchen and smell smoke about ten minutes into Seth's attempt. At which point he has ruined one of her pots by leaving it on the stove for too long without anything in it. He tries again and manages to heat up one of the can's of soup.

Date: 2018-03-27 09:22 pm (UTC)The thing about being an assassin, it was hard to get into that deep sleep. Her ears rung when she heard a lot of noise in the kitchen. And the smell of smoke, Kirika peeked open her eyes, leering at the door questionable. She really wanted to get up and see what was happening.
"Seth?" She called out to him. "Is everything okay?" She doubt it, but she wanted to hear his answer.

"After you eat, I'll help you sleep." He knew she had trouble sleeping.

She looked to him what he offered, uncertain though. "Only if you stay and watched me for a while." It didn't have to be long but she wanted some secure.
She finally took a spoon of the broth and helped herself. There was a quiet pause before she finally swallowed some. It tasted watery but, she didn't say a word about it.

Date: 2018-04-04 05:25 am (UTC)He took a seat at the edge of her bed and silently watched her eat. He was creepy like that sometimes and wasn't sure what to say. A part of him was worried that it wasn't good but she was eating it so... it was probably fine.

Date: 2018-04-07 02:59 am (UTC)As for Seth's stare, she didn't seem to mind too much. When she notices it, she pauses midway through her broth and stare back. A small smile flashes to him, and she's eating... drinking again. After she's done, she sets the bowl down on her lap and leans back catching herself against the bed frame.

Date: 2018-04-14 12:43 pm (UTC)"Promise." She knew he would, it helped reminded herself. Kirika closed her eyes before she heard the words. After he said it, Kirika's body felt heavy indeed and her body more relaxed, and breathes were steady. She was in a relaxing sleep finally.
