The way he was looking at her made her wonder if she looked bad in the uniform. Knowing Seth though, that probably wasn't the case; but man... the nerves were real. Even so, his presence is still very comforting to her, so she'll let it slide. Fixing up her hair after the ruffle, she went to grab her blazer. Putting it on and grabbing her bag, she glanced back to him.

"I'd love that but...," looking to the door for a moment, "It might be a little strange if a strange guy walks out of my bedroom with me." She said it mostly as a joke, but for real... Sojiro would have so many questions about him. Stuff like why he was there, how he got there, and who he was to her. An adoptive dad was still a protective dad, after all.

"I'll take the window. That's how I got up here." It would make sense for him to leave the same way he'd arrived and it wasn't really any trouble for him. Seth could technically change his form and be a cat but he liked the idea of walking with her as he was. It's been awhile since they got to see each other like this and he wasn't eager to change just yet.

"I'll meet you down stairs."

He didn't wait for her but moved to the window and jumped out. He probably should have done so slower since it was on the second story but if she looked outside she'd see Seth standing on the sidewalk, unscathed and waiting for her.

He was trying to be good.

And that's just what she'll do. She can't say she's 100% surprised about it, but as long as he was okay... She'll turn around, grab her headphones and put them on her head like usual, and start heading downstairs though. Sojiro questioned if she'd be okay on her own, but she just reassured that she's looked into the directions of the school before she was supposed to start. The truth was that she wasn't 100% sure she knew where to go, but she didn't want Sojiro to start asking questions about Seth. She does remotely remember the few times she went there with the others between Akira and then school festival.

So once she was out side, she started to head towards the train station until she was out of sight from the house. Sheepishly, she reached for his hand, flushing a little without saying a word.

Seth was waiting just outside for Futaba when she exited the house. He didn't really go out of his way to avoid being seen but he managed to miss Sojiro's gaze as they began walking side by side.

His gaze dropped to his hand as Futaba's fingers laced with his and he smirked. She was cute when she instigated things. It was usually Seth who pushed those bounds. "You know that I have no idea where we're going." He wasn't leading them and he didn't actually care where he ended up. As long as he got to be with Futaba. Her hand was warm and he had to resist the urge to pull her closer.

"And how long does school last?" Seth wrinkled his nose. He didn't want to wait for her, he just found her.

She's slowly getting better about this "dating" thing, but she's just so happy to see him again. She's glad he's not just a dream (ironic right?). He really exists and the last year or so wasn't just a figment of her mind; even if no one else seems to know about it.

"I wouldn't expect you to," she said with a chuckle, "I mean... I'm not completely sure, but I've been there a few times with the others, so I have an idea of where to go." By this point they've gotten closer towards Shibuya and the subway station. "Well.... We get out around 3pm so... Around 7-8 hours?" she estimated. She... hadn't really thought about it before.

Seth was a dream but for Futaba... he'd pretend that he was real. For her, just for her, he wanted to be real. He could perform amazing magical feats but becoming human wasn't one of his tricks and he hated how helpless that made him.

He rolled his eyes when she told him how long school would be.

School was ridiculous but he knew that it was important for people to go too, even if he had never been to school himself. He's heard a bit about it. "Okay. Then I'll pick you up afterwards. Wherever we part ways." He'd find something to do while she was in class or just stalk her as a cat.

That was better... right?

It didn't matter if he was a dream or not. She'd want him all the same. He was someone that she cared dearly about and nothing would change that. When they had to part ways, she felt that anxiety come back a little bit, but she did her best to overcome it. There were so many people there and there were times where she wanted to run out of the room and go to the bathroom because it was less crowded. She'd fought the urge to run so many times, mostly because she knew the others were here looking out for her. Even if Makoto and Haru were off to college and Akira had moved, she had the others yet.

Ever so often, she could have sworn she'd seen a particular cat when she'd look outside. She'd thankfully been by the windows, so she'd taken notice. She hadn't seen Seth in his cat form himself, but she's heard about it. She wanted to think that was him silently encouraging her that he was there for her. Soon enough school was over and she felt so relieved. She'd managed to make it through the day, but getting out of the crowded area and settling for hanging out in the courtyard.

Seth didn't bother to try and hide his strange form from Futaba but it hadn't really come up in the past. He preferred to be human around her and resorted to be a cat only when he needed to save energy. Given he'd just found Futaba, he wanted to save his energy so he could spend as much time in the living world as he could.

That meant that walking around the school grounds as a cat was really the best option.

He'd lost track of Futaba for one period but generally stayed close to her, while hovering just outside of the classrooms. At lunch he had even been given a piece of tuna for letting a group of girls pet him.

All in all, it'd been a good day and at the end of the day he sauntered up to Futaba with a loud "Meow" to get her attention. 'So this is school?' He asked the question through a mental connection, which meant that no one else could hear him. 'Did you have fun?</i?' The cat's head turned and it's ears perked up. Futaba might think she was crazy except that Seth had the same golden eyes as a cat that he had as a man.

It's a good thing that she's a cat person. After catching her breath a bit, she managed to calm herself down as she slouched a little bit on the bench. She heard the meow and turned to the direction of where it came from. And then he heard him in her mind. Well, she's not completely shocked by it. She didn't know about his cat form from experience, but she knew about it from Akira. If nothing else, it was sort of like when they'd talk to Morgana. Sitting up on the bench properly now, she patted the side of her.

"That's.... I'm... Y-yeah I just... It's weird," she said loud enough for him to hear, but low enough to avoid drawing attention to herself while talking to a cat. She actually thought about how weird that would seem in school compared to some of the others. Not naming names... Ryuji. "And how about you?"

Seth purred and climbed into her lap to curl up. He knew he should probably change back but there wasn't a good place to do it right now. It was just after school and the paths were still packed with students. He didn't really want to put Futaba in a situation where she had to explain why her boy friend went from cat to man.

'I didn't do much but it was fun. I got a snack from one of your classmates.' His tail flicked and he gently headbutted her side to let her know that he was happy.

Seth was very good at acting like a cat.

'Where too now? I can change back but it's too crowded here.'

Okay, so lap works too. Ignore her light flushing, but she'll allow it, petting him lightly. She appreciated him not changing back here of all places.

"You may want to be careful. Morgana used to sneak to school with Akira all the time, but faculty was trying to find where a cat would be," she doesn't know from her own experience, but it wasn't hard to find it out. How the hell did he manage to sneak a cat in his desk, phantom thief or not? She had no idea. But she's mostly just teasing him right now.

A low pleased purr rumbled from Seth's tiny kitten form. Human or cat, Seth liked being petted.

'I could enroll as a study but I think I am too old for that.' He licks his paw and carefully beings to clean his cute little nose. 'Or I can find a job but I'd much rather be near you.' Seth's tail curled around her leg as he settled into her lap. If she wasn't careful she was going to have a sleeping cat shaped boyfriend on her lap.

It was very comfortable.

"Yeah, I don't know how believable that would be," she said with a small smile. She'd love to have him around and all, but it probably wouldn't work out the way they'd like it to. "I guess there are a lot of things to think about now. Maybe you could try to work at Leblanc?" said that more as a joke. She.... doubts that Sojiro would go for that, but who knows? She also didn't think he'd let a cat in there, but he seemed to take to Morgana, so anything was possible.

"Leblanc, huh? I will do whatever you say." Seth licked his paw but then jumped down from her lap. He stretched out his front paws and shook out his fur before padding off towards a tense collection of bushes and trees. He's gone for only a moment or two before the nearly six foot twenty something year old pushed his way from the brush.

"Are there leaves in my hair?" There were leaves and twigs.

Years later with Starbucks

"I mean... Do what you'd want to do though," she's not here to pressure him into anything. Once he hopped off, she glanced over to see where he was going, only to come out like normal. She couldn't help but roll her eyes a little at that question, but quickly smiled. "A little bit, come here," she said as she stood on top of the bench to be able to reach the leaves and twigs. Your girlfriend is short, okay? But once she managed to get them out, she wrapped her her arms around him to embrace him.

"You're handsome as always," she admitted sheepishly. She couldn't help those butterflies she felt for him every time, despite dating for a while.

Seth stood very still as she began to pluck the leaves and twigs from his hair. They were easy to spot though he had some difficulty picking them out himself. It had something to do with the fact that his hair was always messy.

"Thanks." He ran his fingers through his hair before resting his palm gently against her lower back. His head bowed forward and for a second he merely inhaled, memorizing the scent of her skin. He didn't care what she wanted him to do or not do, he'd do anything for her. It's been so long since he's felt like this.

He placed his lips next to her ear and nibbled gently on her earlobe before whispering in a low sultry voice. "It's only because you grow more beautiful each day." He moved back then, just to see the blush spread over her cheeks. She was so cute when she was embarrassed.

Futaba didn't know much about relationships beyond what she's learned over time from others, but she did know that she loved him dearly. It didn't matter if he was technically not even human. She found herself always wanting to be around him. When he wasn't, she felt lonely despite the friends that she had around her. If he had so much as said that straight up to her, he'd instantly find her weakness.

And then there were the moments that he knew something would fluster her and did it because he found it cute that she couldn't help but to pout a little bit. This is why she was never going to be able to calm her heart at this rate. And just as he predicted -- not that it was hard to -- she instantly felt her face warming up.

"Uh.. I... Y-you're doing this on purpose. That's not fair," she pouted.

Seth knew even less about relationships but he was slowly getting the hang of it. He was also starting to get the impression that going to brothels wasn't common anymore. It was hard for him to keep up with the constantly changing social changes within human societies but he was trying; for her. She was worth the headache it sometimes caused him.

His mouth tugged into a wolfish grin. "Yeah but it's because you're so cute." He leaned forward and pressed a light tender kiss against her cheek. "Besides, I'm all yours and you barely touch me. You can't expect me to always behave." He tried to respect her boundaries but it was hard for him. She was lovely and he was hopelessly captivated by her.

"We were going somewhere?" He asked, completely changing the subject as an arm loops around her shoulder.

When there was so much that changed so quickly, it made sense that it would probably be a while before he could really keep up with social norms. And man was she a big headache most of the time. It's a wonder he even put up with her shenanigans in the first place.

"T-T-Touch?!" Yep. there it was. Flustered, she brought her hands to her cheeks as if trying to cover them. "W-well... I... Uhm...," it wasn't that she was against moving along their relationship, but she didn't have any clue as to how.

He smiled and pressed a kiss against her forehead. "Don't worry." He'd never push her beyond something that she wasn't comfortable with. "Let's go meet you friend. I'll find a job or something. Then we can return to your place and if you want~"

Seth lowered his head to nibble at her ear. "How about I just let you do what you want with me? I'll start by taking off my shirt for you and you can move at your pace." He literally wanted her to know that he belonged to her and he also wanted to see what she'd do if given free reign over him.

Error 404. You're girlfriend has shut down. Not once did she even think she'd get this far. Not with having a boyfriend. Not with falling head over heels for them. And definitely not when things were getting steamy. She doesn't go out of her way to go after these encounters in games she's played or shows she's watched, but that was probably the most she knew about the subject. And yet despite feeling utterly embarrassed and panicked on the inside, she's not exactly turning it down either.

"I-I... U-Uhm...," words, Futaba, "A-Are you.. sure..?"

Seth's smile grew. "Of course I'm sure but you don't have to worry about it right now. That'll be for tonight." It gave her at least an hour or so to think about all the dirty things she wanted to do to him. "You'll be my cute master tonight." He knew that she was going to keep stammering so he relented just a tiny bit, allowing his blushing girl friend to compose herself.

"Come on. We should get to that shop right? You said you wanted to introduce me to some people?" He kept an arm around her shoulder but moved to guide her out of the park... probably in the wrong direction but that was fine. Eventually she'd tell him where they were going.

O-oh... Okay... Tonight. She has until tonight... She should be... fine..? Oh god, she's not fine. She's not fine! But she's also not turning it down. What did she really want? She's never been in a situation like this before; Not even in a game.

"A-Ah! R-Right! Uhm..," she's not sure that's what her plan was anymore, but it meant that they could change topics for the time being. "It's... this way," she said, pulling him the other direction.

Seth followed her without complaint, a little smile spreading across his mouth when he saw how flustered she was. He wondered what the night would bring but decided not to focus on it right now. She was going to introduce him to some of her friends and he assumed that he should be on his best behavior.

Which was marginally good behavior...ish.

He was going to try a little harder than usual. "So tell me about the friends I am meeting. You mentioned a few of them in the past."

For the time being she'll focus on the subject at hand; which is marginally easier to deal with than the other one, "Ah, well.. You've already met a few of them already when we were back at Genessia, but they probably won't remember you." Which was a shame. They didn't even remember being there when she came back here.

"Akira is the one who came over to us wearing a dress at the ball," she never did get an answer as to why though, "And Ann came over during that time too, the girl with blonde hair. I'm not sure if you met the others, but Ryuji was also there. He also has blonde hair... Likes to yell a lot," she shrugged. There was a few, but they could probably start with them for now.
